Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification with tracking details once it has shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and Spain.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow the following estimated delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping (United States): 7–15 business days
  • Standard Shipping (Spain): 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. The exact amount will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress directly with the carrier. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped within Spain are subject to applicable VAT. For orders shipped to the United States, any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are outside of our control.
